Angels Link Foundation is a registered public charitable trust run by a group of young women who have pledged their time, to make a meaningful difference in spreading joy, bringing hope and brightening the lives of the less fortunate.

Angels Link Foundation is a public charitable trust run by a group of 15 strong and committed women. We organize entertainment cum need based programs, events and activities that strive to make a difference in the lives of the ‘not so fortunate’. An event is planned once a month where our members are personally involved from start to finish.

OUR INSPIRATION

Raised in a family where generosity was instinctive and service was a way of life, our founder Kanan Hemang Shah grew up witnessing the quiet power of kindness—from sharing resources to offering time, encouragement, and care without expectation.

Deeply influenced by her parents, her convent education at Villa Theresa High School, and early experiences in community service, she learned that meaningful change begins with empathy and personal involvement. What started as small, individual acts of help gradually evolved into a larger purpose—bringing people together to spread joy, restore dignity, and create a lasting impact in the lives of those often overlooked.

ANGELS LINK FOUNDATION reflects her belief that true giving goes beyond resources—it is about presence, intention, and genuine human connection, one day at a time.

The book ‘Keep Spreading Joy’ provides an insight into the selfless work being done by Angels Link Foundation and its members across various causes ranging from health care, nutrition, education, social upliftment, and social empowerment, to name a few. The book traces the story of the Foundation from its inception to its journey over almost 10 years and wonderfully highlights the difference which the Foundation has made in the life of various individuals/ groups, often reaching out to and helping causes which are not even thought of. The personal experiences of each of the trustees and the members of the Foundation in what prompted them to establish the Foundation, and to take up certain causes, runs as a common theme throughout the book, which makes the book a very interesting read and also inspires you to make a difference in the lives of the under priviledged.

Kanan Shah and her fellow ANGELS have brought to life the saying: “THE BEST PLACE TO FIND A HELPING HAND IS AT THE END OF YOUR OWN ARM”. We all are blessed enough to give and donate money and things to the needy and deprived but what we don’t give is our time. We all think we must do something but these Angels go out there and actually DO IT. And that is what touched me the most at the Angels Link Foundation. It’s truly humbling to see the effort they put in to better and empower the lives of the underprivileged. I feel too infinitesimal to even comment on their altruistic and unselfish devotion to others’ needs. I wish them utmost luck and growth in their arduous undertakings.

Keep spreading joy beautifully captures the essence of what happens when intent meets content. It traces the incredible journey of an organisation with a big heart, throws the spotlight on all its milestones and the members who made them happen. More importantly, it serves as a ready reckoner of 100 institutes who are all actively engaged and committed to humanitarian work.
