ADAPT stands for Able Disabled All People Together. It is an NGO working for children with Neuro Muscular & developmental Disabilities. It also spreads awareness & offers support to parents.

Angels Link Foundation had planned a picnic with 110 differently abled children of ADAPT on Nov 30 th 2010. Our day began at 9 am where we were eagerly waiting at the gate to receive the children at the Bombay Port Trust Garden. It was their wish to play in the outdoors. Some of them had to be helped in the park with their wheelchairs. We played badminton and many ball games. At 11:30 we proceeded towards the centre of ADAPT in Navy Nagar where they were served a hot meal of Chole Puri.

The most touching part of the day was when the children performed on 3 songs which were taught by our very own Angel Ruchita. This was the best gift they could have given us. After every event is over we feel we touched so many lives but that day the children of ADAPT touched our lives more.
